I’m terribly sorry for the late reply. I have been under tremendous pressure with the workload, not to mention the fact that I was already behind schedule. But don’t worry. Eventually I will get caught up with everything.

I can’t find time to meet you at the moment but as soon as things get better let’s hook up and have a good time. Take care.

Workload는 일을 나타낼 때 자주 쓰는 표현으로 ‘작업량’을 뜻하며 behind schedule은 ‘일이 밀린’, get caught up with는 ‘…을 따라 잡다’, ‘마무리 짓다’라는 뜻을 갖고 있습니다.
