M: 그 사람 왜 그래? 자기 일에 좀 더 책임감을 보여야 하잖아.

W: 우리에겐 정말 제대로 일 처리 잘 하는 상관이 필요해.

M: 글쎄, 그렇다고 우리가 좀 더 조심하라고 충고할 순 없잖아. 그래도 우리 상관인데.

 

Fall asleep at the wheel은 ‘일을 게을리하다’라는 뜻이며 stay on top of things는 ‘임무를 끝까지 정확하게 잘 처리하다’라는 뜻을 가지고 있습니다.
