Is it possible to pay in installments?

 

A: How would you like to pay for this?

B: I’ll use my credit card, but is it possible to pay in installments?

A: I’m afraid we don’t accept installment payments. B: All right then. I will just pay in cash instead.

W: 신용카드로 할 건데요, 할부로 할 수 있을까요?

W: 알겠어요. 그러면 대신 현금으로 낼 게요.

 

Pay in installments는 ‘할부로 지불하다’, pay in cash는 ‘현금으로 지불하다’라는 뜻입니다.
