We are not meant to be together. Hi, thanks for understanding how I feel about things. I should have come clean about everything a lot earlier. Like I said before, it’s nothing you did wrong. It’s just that as time went on I realized that we were just not meant to be together. I’m sorry to let you down by saying this but I’m sure you will be better off without me. Anyway, I hope we can still be good friends.

Come clean은 ‘털어놓다’라는 뜻이며 let someone down은 ‘…을 실망시키다’라는 표현입니다.
