Solid phase extraction

HLB cartridge를 이용한 정제방법

 

 

1.  HLB cartridge column kit와 glass tube, tube rack, syringe, sample을 준비한다.

2.  100% Acetonitrile 1ml을 column에 통과시킨다.

3.  Distilled water 1ml을 column에 통과시킨다.

4.  glass tube를 준비하고, extraction sample 2 ml과 Distilled water 2ml을 넣고

     잘 섞어준다.

5.  column cartridge를 통과시킨다.

6.  sample을 통과시킨 column에 40 %의 acetonitrile을 1 ml 통과시킨다

     (washing 단계)

7.  75 % acetonitrile 1ml을 통과시킨다 (Elution 단계)

8.  HPLC를 이용하여 sample을 측정한다.
